As of December 31st, 9.1 months of inventory remained on the Madison area condo market. This number is based on the number of active listings and the average monthly sales volume from the preceding 12 months. Note the Dane County condo months of inventory is much higher than the months of inventory for the Dane County single family home market. This is one of many reasons we track the home and condo markets separately. Buyers have more choices - and sellers have more competition - in the Madison area condo market.
